A modern coastal development defined by clean lines, generous space and timeless stone-inspired finishes

House M is a premium residential development in Camps Bay with a crisp, modern look and a material palette that suits its coastal surroundings perfectly. Clean lines, spacious interiors and a restrained finish palette all contribute to a development that feels contemporary, elegant and built to last.

For this project, Ceragran supplied Stone Project Grey Controfalda Natural 1.2 x 600 by Ergon. With its natural stone look and subtle tonal variation, it was a strong fit for the overall feel of the development from the start.

The soft grey tone works especially well in a modern setting like this one. It complements the surrounding materials easily and helps create interiors that feel calm and well balanced, without drawing too much attention to itself. The large-format size also adds to the clean, uninterrupted look that is such an important part of high-end residential spaces.

Ceragran was pleased to be involved in this project together with GSQUARED, supplying a finish that adds both durability and understated style to the completed spaces.

The end result is a surface that feels timeless, practical and well judged — exactly the kind of finish that works so well in contemporary homes where simplicity and quality matter.
